o Ascendants can no longer intervene for cult members while the
Ascendant is in distort.

o Wingless Windwalkers can no longer FLY or LAND - if you do not have
wings or another means of flight, you'll need to WINDWALK and DESCEND.

o All bonded totems to persons removed (quit willingly or ostracized)
from their commune (not guild) will immediately revert.
