Since the early days of Lusternia, players have often commented how
uneven the game is due to player stat differences between races
(included end-game). One of our last changes left over from the combat
streamlining process is to equalize all base stats across the board,
including for demigods and titans.

As this was a major change to the core of Lusternia, please BUG anything
that may be amiss.
