Please be advised that our ISP has announced that it will be performing
"emergency maintenance" between 14:00 - 16:00 CST today. This means we
may (or may not) experience "5 minutes worth of network congestion and
latency" and/or "a short burst of disconnection while routes re-converge
across different paths".
