A minor change to skillflex. You are limited to consuming 50 lessons per
game day rather than 1 skillset. This will let you activate both halves
of specialized skillsets at the same rate as full skillsets. The
guild-change exception has the same change: it's limited at 200 lessons
rather than 4 skillsets.
