o Tarox (Astrology) will do impatience instead of freeze.

o FLESHCLOAK (Transmology) has been added.

o FLESHCALLing on the Vortex is now free.

o Sprongk (Nekotai) now lowers momentum by one instead of two.

o Wildarrane now can summon ten spirits instead of five with
AncestralCall. The rates for other abilities have been adjusted
accordingly.

o Sweetfount (Aquamancy) has been lowered to 1p from 3p.

o Timewarp (Aeonics) will delay quicksilver defense from coming up
instead of slowing balance/equilibrium.

=== Misc Fixes ===

o Vortex and Continuum mobs will call out for help on channels properly
now if attacked.

o Contort was not properly shortening time if typed in uppercase. This
has been corrected.

o Various ATCP/GMCP fixes.

o Several typo and grammar fixes
