The month of September is bugfixing month! Here are a few quick fixes
and additions:

o Ecology ValleySmudge no longer causes bugs with denizens and people
following or being followed by the target.

o Killing guild mobs will now result in enemying.

o Newbie and envoys are once again totally global channels.

o There has been a new GMCP message added upon basic movement in the
wrong direction to help calibrate mappers.

o There is a new GMCP vitals message.
