o If room permissions are given to someone in a manse room, they can
now MANSE LIST ROOM PERMS (so they can tell that's the case).

o Acrobatics Balancing no longer keeps you standing when your tendons
are cut.

o Aeromancy Squalls and Paradigmatics Figment no longer cost mana when
you fail to cast them.

o Brewmeister Puke in a room is now cleaned by rain.

o Hunting Mimic can no longer affect Tracking hounds and Ecology
familiars.

o Moonbeams can no longer go to a burrowed person, and if the target
is burrowed when the moonbeam concludes, it will fail.

o Enchanted items with zero charges will no longer show with the
enchantment name (e.g., "mercy (a silver ring)") in shop WARES.
(Note that it may take a little time for wares lists to update.)

o Ranged attacks with elementalism staves and druidism cudgels will
no longer bypass walls when used at range.

o When a village revolts, shrines within the village will be destroyed,
and shrine areas of influence extending into the village from outside
will be eliminated as well.

o HELP <guild>/<city> lists of player names able to induct (etc.) will
no longer be altered by Stealth Masquerade.

o You can now use the syntax NSUM <section> without a post number to
see just the most recent 20 posts summarized.

o Arena setup commands can now be done by Ministry of Cultural
Affairs staff from the arena, not just the council chambers.

o Untrapped error fixes.
