Big Bookbinding Release!

A number of new Bookbinding skills have been released. See your local
bookbinder for details. Notable changes:

o Letters can no longer be requested from post offices. Buy them from
your local bookbinder, or from shops stocked by bookbinders. Letters can
only hold one item (but see below about a new skill for larger
packages). You also can no longer preserve letters.

o Bookbinders can now create stationery, which work just like letters,
but can be customized to any appearance desired. They also last longer
than letters.

o Artisan desks now halve the decay on letters and stationery stored
within them.

o Bookbinders can now create stamps, also called seals or chops, which
can be used to add an unforgeable signature to documents. Stamps can be
registered for either individuals or organizations (including cities,
communes, guilds, orders, clans, families, and cults), but note that
each one will require the purchase of an expensive Chop Certificate
(available for sale at the Hall of Records) to produce, so you will
probably only want to have one. Unlike other designed items, stamps
cannot be cartel-specific; instead, at the time of design, they are
linked to a sealholder, and that sealholder must be present when the
stamp is made. Documents can be stamped by up to six parties. Check with
your local bookbinder for the full details.

o Bookbinders now have four new Origami skills:

ActionOrigami: Can be used to deliver a single message and a single
object to someone; can be mailed.

ModularOrigami: A package that holds up to 25 items and preserves
them against decay when closed. Once closed, nothing
more can be added or removed. Perfect for the novice
starter kit, or mailing packages to people.

WetFoldOrigami: Offers an "origami charm" which benefits influencing
for one game day, then refreshes you.

Kirigami: Offers an "origami charm" which increases damage,
damage resistance, and criticals for one game day,
then refreshes you. You can only have one origami
charm at a time.

Note that all of these items (except Stamps) can be sold in shops.
