Ambassadorial Ministry, which summarizes all enemy statuses of
organizations related to your city or commune (guilds, orders, and
guild special organizations).

o Harmonics Resonance was again getting targetted towards the caster.
This should be fixed, and if it happens again, it should correct
itself automatically.

o Rubbing and pointing proofed items should no longer make them act
like they're enchanted (sparks flying out, for instance).

o The ILLUSIONS command will now show in tabular format.

o A bug prevented enchanters from adding charges to powerful mind
(focus) enchantments.
