=== March 2011 Envoy Reports ===

o Channel (Dreamweaving) will work on blacked out and sleeping targets.

o Those under Bloodycaps (Shadowbeat) will heal less bleeding from CLOT.

o Warrior Tarot has been lowered to 2p and damagetype changed to
unblockable.

o Tidesweep (Tahtetso) does partial asphyxiation damage now and will
also chill one level.

o Amihai (Nekotai) damage and bleeding increased.

o Mucous now cures after ectoplasm when cleansing.

o Badluck (Paradigmatics) immunity time reduced.

o Catacombs map (from Tarot or domoth) now works with Rikenfriez and
Talthos.

A new functionality has been added to the commands used in all the
crafting trades to review lists of designs, which allows you to filter
those lists based on pretty much anything about the designs, in any
combination. Previously, you could do something like this:

JEWELRY BAUBLES

to see all the designs in the Baubles category, or

JEWELRY BAUBLES PENDANT

to see just the pendants. We've expanded this tremendously. Here are
some examples of what you can do:

JEWELRY BAUBLES APPEARANCE RED
shows anything in the baubles category with the word 'red' in the
appearance
JEWELRY BAUBLES DESIGNER ESTARRA
shows all the most fashionable of baubles designed by the Creatrix
JEWELRY BAUBLES DESIGNER -ESTARRA
shows only the lesser baubles designed by everyone but Estarra
JEWELRY BAUBLES CARTEL GEMCRAFTERS DESIGNER ESTARRA
shows only the baubles Estarra designed for the Gemcrafters cartel
JEWELRY ALL CARTEL GEMCRAFTERS DESIGNER ESTARRA
shows everything Estarra designed for the Gemcrafters cartel

This works with the JEWELRY, FORGING, SKINDESIGNS, BOOKBINDING, RECIPES,
ARTISAN, and TAILORING commands, and you can use ALL in place of the
design type on any of them. You can combine any number of restricting
conditions
each one is two words, the part of the design you want to
match, and the value to match against. Values can be preceded by a dash
or exclamation point to reverse the test. Designs will only match if
they match ALL the specified criteria. Here are all the criteria you can
test against:

APPEARANCE, DROPPED, EXAMINED, CONSUME, TASTE, SMELL, CLOSED,
TENT_APPEARANCE, TENT_DROPPED, TENT_EXAMINED, SEAL_TEXT:
matches if the word appears anywhere in that part of the description

DESCRIPTION:
matches if the word appears in ANY of the above

COMMENTS:
matches if the word appears in the comments

NOUN:
matches if the word is a noun you can use for the resulting object

you can just use "morning" for morning stars, since the value has to
be a single word. Note that the old syntax JEWELRY BAUBLES PENDANT
still works and is equivalent to JEWELRY BAUBLES NOUN PENDANT.

COMMS:
matches if the commodity is included in the design at all

CARTEL:
matches if the design is in that cartel
you can also use PUBLIC

OUTDOORS:
use YES or NO, to match artisan designs for outdoors or not

CONTAINER:
use YES or NO, to match artisan designs that are/aren't containers

DESIGNER:
matches if the specified person was the designer
use NOBODY for designs with no designer

SEALHOLDER_PERSON:
matches seals that are held by that person

SEALHOLDER_ORGANIZATION:
matches seals that are held by that organization

TATTOOWEIGHT:
matches if the tattoo weight is the specified amount or less
(if reversed, if it's more than the specified amount)

GOLDOUTLAY:
matches if a bookbinding gold outlay is the specified amount or less
(if reversed, if it's more than the specified amount)

WEAPONTYPE:
matches if the design can hold that weapon type
use the same names for weapon types as when making designs

=== Fixes ===

o Willpower will not be unnecessarily used anymore when potentially
clotting with firstaid.

o Summoning a new phial or starlight pendant when one already exists
correctly sets the decay time.

Penned by My hand on the 3rd of Dvarsh, in the year 294 CE.
