If you want to try your system against the GMCP updates then point to
mooter.no-ip.org, port 23. Note that this server doesn't have all the
changes yet, but it has some and at least you can know if your system
will break or not. And if it does break, get started on making updates.
Again I suggest making it smart enough to ignore things it doesn't
understand, which will make it easier if we ever introduce more changes
down the road.

Note, this server isn't super stable and is known to crash on occassion.
