arrived: Iosai! Iosai is now an official paid coder of Lusternia. If
you've noticed the bugs suddenly disappearing at an alarming rate,
that's because Iosai has been smashing them with abandon.

Like Sior, Iosai is a non-RP god and probably won't be seen except by
envoys (who may have already met her). Sior is still around and
considered a senior coder here, though he has stepped down from the more
demanding schedule in Lusternia and will code on a volunteer basis.
