I've watched the last few revolts and noticed that they still seem to be
resolving fairly quickly. In light of this I've made two changes:

1) I've reduced the influence of village feelings slightly
(approximately 25%).

2) I've tweaked the formulas that determine when a village is
successfully swayed. Hopefully this will mean that a revolt lasting
fewer than 30 minutes, or more than three hours, will be incredibly
unlikely. As always, we'll see how things go and review it again if
needed.
