Lesson loss has been reduced. Forgetting a skillset is a 20% lesson
loss. Transfering lessons to a sibling lesson pool (like intellect to
arcana) is now a 20% loss. And transfering to a parent pool (like
intellect to mind) is 30%. Sorry, there is no way to make this
retroactive.

In an unrelated note, you may notice that birthdays are working
properly, incuding the ever popular BIRTHDAYS command.
