We've changed the upkeep on blessings. From now on, it is 1 karma for
each karmic blessing you currently hold. In other words, it will only
cost 1 karma to upkeep 1 blessing (that's 1 karma per online hour), but
2 karma to upkeep 2 blessings (that's 4 karma per online hour roughly),
3 karma to upkeep 3 blessings, etc.

There's also a new command: KARMA BURN <blessing> which allows you to
remove your own blessings.
