As most of you should know, the Avenger will not protect you if you are
in enemy territory. This now includes territory controlled by denizens.
For example, if you are an enemy of Emperor Ladantine, you will open
yourself up to PK without consequence if you travel to the Sea of
Despair or Spectre Isle. Likewise, if you are an enemy of the Kelpies,
you will open yourself up to PK without consequence in the Inner Sea.

It has always been said that there are consequences to getting yourself
enemied to denizen organizations and this is merely an extention of such
