We have decided to go ahead and allow guilds to form covenants together,
which some of you may have been following in a discussion on the forums.
Basically, it allows guilds to share their GT and GNT channels as well
as advance members of the covenant guild and favour their members. The
intent is to help low population guilds not to feel so isolated and to
provide additional help for newbies in those guilds. Guilds are free, of
course, to develop whatever RP surrounding their covenants. See HELP
