I have on very, very rare occasions granted a name change for
established character with the understanding that this is not a "reboot"
of your character to a new persona; but, rather, there are legitimate
concerns about the name and it will be announced that you are the same
person with a new name. I have decided to grant such a request today.

Thus, I announce that Skual was once known as Raevan.
