Guards should now not track people deep into other planes from the nexus
(except for Ethereal Serenwilde). They should, in fact, never leave the
nexus. Also, guards at the nexus, no matter what plane, should attack
enemies. Finally, elementals should now be able to infused at the nexus
locations on other planes.

Please message me if you find a guard who has somehow wandered somewhere
it shouldn't have.
