Just an update, we still haven't resolved the issue with credits not
being processed automatically in-game when you do a credit transaction
from the website. If you get a white screen after a transaction, this is
an indication of part of the problem; however, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE
TRANSACTION FAILED. I'm going through each transaction manually and will
message you in-game if it failed or process your credits if it went
through. No, I'm not very happy about this situation, but we're working
at resolving it and I'll be processing the transactions as quickly as I
can.
