For the cost of 10 aethergoop, you can transform an artifact you own
into an aethergoop artifact IF AND ONLY IF that artifact is the base
type (i.e., faerie wings can become bat wings, etc.). Not all artifacts
may be available for transformation (but most of the standard artifacts
that are reskinned should). See AETHERGOOP for syntax.
