I've added the ability to bind personal books for sale in a shop, using
the command BOOKBIND <design> FOR SALE. This will create an item of the
appropriate type that has no book entry associated with it, meaning it
cannot be written, read, etc. However, if sold in a shop, a book will
automatically be created linking the item with the purchaser, as though
it had been bound specifically for them. Books which can be sold this
way will be noted as such on PROBE. Note that this only works for
person-owned books, such as scrolls, and not organizational books like
pamphlets; organizational books must still be bound specifically for the
owning organiazation.
