There were some bugs in the Dream Quest so I've had to reset the quest
again. Manifestations should now be appearing with sands. After this,
I've decided to allow Manifestations appear approximately once a month
(as some people enjoy fighting them). However, they will only produce
sand during the month of Vestian.

I am also adjusting the Pool of Stars by -5000 power because the
aforesaid bug was adding inappropriate amounts of power to that nexus.
In the future, if you start seeing your nexus gaining power in
ridiculous amounts (like 40 power for each essence), please report it
immediately. It is considered an exploit to continue gaining power
through obvious bugs.
