We've redone the influence runes. You can get full refunds using the
ARTIFACT function. New runes have been placed for sale in the artifact
shops. They each come in 3 levels:

Level 1: 1/11 influence bonus (by type)
Level 2: 2/12 influence bonus (by type)
Level 3: 3/13 influence bonus (by type)

The new runes may not be functional until later today as Roark needs
to run a few tests.
