Enemy Territory Deaths

As part of the most recent batch of released envoy reports, the penalty
for demigods dying in enemy territory has been adjusted.
Previously, the penalty applied was 5% of the user's total essence,
clamped between 500000 and 2000000, added on top of the initial essence
loss from all deaths.
Now, the penalty is progressive based on number of deaths in enemy
territory. Each death counted in enemy territory will cause a penalty of
100000 essence; thus, at two deaths there will be a penalty of 200000
and at 20 deaths there will be a penalty of 2000000, each added to the
base loss from death.
Deaths are counted as follows:
- Each death in player enemy territory (NOT denizen orgs) increases the
death count by 1.
- Each hour between deaths reduces the death count by 1.
- Deaths occuring 30 seconds apart or less will not cause an increase in
the death count. This is so that auto-revives like vitae do not come
with undue extra penalty. The enemy territory penalty WILL apply to both
deaths, but the second will not incur an increase in the death count.
As an example, if I am a demigod and I decide to raid Gaudiguch as an
enemy, and I die once, I will lose 100000 essence extra in penalty. If I
die again 15 seconds later, I will again incur a penalty of 100000
essence but do not register a second counted death. 5 minutes later, I
die again, 200000 essence penalty. Another five minutes later, 300000
essence penalty. My next death occurs 2 hours later; I will lose 200000
essence in penalty, as I had three deaths counted, with two removed for
the 2 hours between deaths, and then one added for the current death.
These numbers may be tweaked as needed.
