In order to help entrance the newbies that Lusternia attracts to our
fine world, we have some very special positions called "GUIDES." These
guides are an integral part of a newbie's experience as they provide the
medium in which all questions are answered and all problems are solved.
As incredible as our current guides are we'd like to recruit a few more
in order to facilitate further coverage of those new to our world.

Being a guide's greatest challenge is simply that of being able to
kindly provide assistance to newbies while maintaining a truly seperate
association. You should be a non-novice that is knowledgeable about the
realms and can dedicate at least three hours of service as a guide per
