I forgot to mention the following in my previous post:

Beasts with the trained curing powers have had those powers removed (the
list here is pretty small, only ~10-15 beasts). Any beasts with them as
inherents will have those inherents replaced with the new focus
mechanic, though it looks like there are very, very few beasts affected
by this. If anyone with a beast affected by these changes would prefer
some particular method of handling, such as having trains refunded or
whatever, drop me a message and we'll get things sorted.
