All of the city and commune locksmiths now have the ability to change
locks and make brand new keys for you.

REQUEST NEW KEY FOR <shop> Will create a new key, if you have lost yours
or recently had the lock changed.

REQUEST LOCK CHANGE FOR <shop> Will change the lock on it, so keys will
work on that door. You must buy a new key in order to open the lock.

The shop name must be the "game" name of the shop. IE. CELEST_SHOP1 or
MAGNA_SHOP_1 Your chancellor can get you the names for your shops.

NOTE: You can only get new keys and lock changes for shops YOU own, and
only in the city or commune that the shop resides in.
