Guild elections and requirements.

Hi everybody,
I've been personally watching the progress of each guild since the
release of all of them has happened. There is a certain level of
activity we have been looking for and, in a few distinct cases, we have
not seen it. We've decided at this time to open elections to GR1 for the
time after watching the progress of all the guilds. We will be keeping
this active as long as necessary, but I am going to ask each of you not
to overuse this privilege simply because of disagreements. This was a
difficult decision at this time due to concerns of overuse or flagrant
misuse, but at the same time, our initial plan of ousting individuals
from the position and finding an individual to appoint who is willing is
not something we are comfortable doing at this time and wish to leave
the new guilds to player agency.
Should you replace somebody in your election, I would encourage you to
message Ianir when elected for a full rundown of the guild subsystems as
your predecessors recieved.
We will continue to monitor the situation and, when we are comfortable
that guilds do not require this lowered requirement, plan to revert it.
