Due to the change outlined in changelog #923, we would like to invite
sealholders to message us if their stamps reference red ink in the
Seal_Text field. Please note that we will only accept change requests
from whoever is listed as the Sealholder for that design (an individual
or organisational leader), rather than from the Trademaster who
originally submitted the design(as is usually custom).

To make the process easier, please message us the following:
o design number (if you know it)
o stamp/seal number (if it currently exists)
o type of change

If you don't know any of the requested numbers, still message us and we
will find your seal design. For the type of change field, please include
if you would like to just remove the word red from Seal_Text or if you
would like a more thorough change.
