I goofed and forgot to add an extra effect to moon dark that we had
listed to implement. It will now also strip a random defence every time
it hits an enemy.

We've heard what you've had to said on the forums regarding teleport and
will drop the power cost to teleport to a nexus. There is still a 3
power cost to another person, however, which won't change.
