Recognizing the need to allow cities, guilds and manse owners the
ability to remove unwanted or unplanned for furniture, we have given the
following individuals permission to DECONSTUCT <furniture>


o Manses - The manse owner.
o Guilds - The Guild Administer (only, not secretaries).
o Cities/Communes - The Minister of Cultural Affairs (only, not aides).


NOTE: There is no recovery of commodities when ordering deconstruction.
