Puissance shoudl be half as effective when swinging a two-handed weapon
compared to a one-handed. This should make a puissance swing of an axe
mathematically equal to a puissance swing of a flail comboed with a
normal swing. IE-The two-handed weapons will be on the level of the
original two weapon specializations. For those of you experiencing crazy
(4k+) damage amounts from two-handed knights, it was probably due to
that.
