With the holiday season here, the Havens are preparing to enjoy our own holidays and preparing for the new year. Much like in preceding years, starting now - December 24th (GMT) - we are shuttering all support until January 2nd, 2025 (GMT). This includes support, issues, customisations, etc.

We will, however, seek to process any leftover customisations, issues, and other support e-mails submitted up till this point where possible in the 27th-30th December window. If you are waiting on anything at all, you will be hearing back around that time. We are almost on top of all of the backlog in those areas already.

Unless Kethuru breaks loose, Nohaji steals another Divine's face, or somehow Panaxra returns, anything new sent/filed from now on will be responded to in 2025.

In the meantime, enjoy gnomes, Ironbeard, snow, Solstice Court, and your organisation's Solstice quest! Remember that reports open on the 27th of December and a Special Serenwilde Report is underway. We're also still looking to do some smaller impromptu contests before Solstice concludes on the 5th of January too.
