Today's Envoy Tweaks

A few things, mostly related to two-handed weapons...
- Amputated limbs bleed a little more.
- Furrow does more damage.
- Coal dwarven runes and Night/Moon spells that boost weapons will give
a greater boost to damage and precision with two handed weapons to
reflect that they do half the number of hits over time.
- When burrowed, you can now do QL. Also, if you do a command that is
not permitted while burrowed, you will get a tip exlaining how you can
escape in case somehow you got down there without the burrowing
abilities. You always could BURROW ABOVE to get yourself out, but this
apparently is not wildly known.
