Someone suggested on the forums to allow away for people to increase
their own bids, I liked this idea so I give you:

BID INCREASE <amount> ON <auction#>

This will increase your maximum bid by the amount you enter. So if you
had a maximum bid of 100 and did BID INCREASE 50 ON 1, then your new
maximum bid on auction 1 would be 150.

Also, the dreaded impale bug should(read better or I'll go insane) be
fixed. I also took some time to optimize the new day/month/year code so
the tiny bits of lag we used to get around those times(and randomly
jumping years) should be fixed.
