There is now a short delay before you are compelled to follow a
willowisp. If the you move before that time, the willowisp will fail.
(This change was meant to be made when we were updating all the other
teleport/summon abilities but was overlooked after some some
misunderstandings and miscommunications. The fault is mine and you have
my apologies.)
