We have decided to add a new artifact rune for jewelry, a Great Rune of
Enchantment. This rune will only add 10 charges to an item that can be
enchanted, and will have no effect on jewelry that cannot be enchanted.

Please note that there is a limit to how many runes an item can hold.
This limit is only of each type, expect for runes of enchantment, and a
total maximum of ten runes. This means you cannot have two health
regeneration runes on the same ring, but you could have a health and a
mana regeneration rune on the same ring.
