Most importantly, the phantom arm and leg damage bug has been fixed!!
Thanks to Thaemorn's highly detailed bug report we were able to finally
track this bug down and repair it.

Ranged weapons, such as Cudgel and Boulderblast, should no longer hit
those that are burrowed.

Psionic channels will unlock on death and burnout.

RESIGN works again, sorry about that we know how much you all like
RESIGN.

Pets should follow you when you change elevations, if they don't the
abilities to recall them should bring them back to you at your current
elevation.

Kegs with no price, that are in a shop, will no longer give out free
refills.

Hermit will no longer think you are not alone, when you really are.

There have been many others, but these are the most notable ones.
