There have been a number of cosmetic changes recently, reworks and
polishes to make things just that little bit nicer.

While there have been quite a few minor changes, the major ones are
these:
- QWHO has been changed to no longer be in order of activity, but rather
alphabetical, with the exception of more-than-mortal characters, who are
ordered Admins, Gods, Ephemerals, Guides, Demigods.
- You may now configure colour highlighting for your personal allies and
enemies, using CONFIG COLOUR. Currently this only extends to QWHO and
WHO lists, but it may be expanded to more listings of characters.
- If you look at someone's honours, it will now alert you if they are an
enemy of your city/commune, guild or Order. This is displayed right
beneath their organisational lines and their explorer rank.
- The skills of Illusions and Dreamweaving now have custom lesson texts
when learning.

ADDENDUM: Please check that CONFIG COLOUR for enemies and allies is set
to other than 0 0 (which will may make those people appear blank).
