The hourglass diamonut artifact has been added to the aethership
options. It can be attached to an energy collector. This will make the
energy collector siphon double the energy from a vortex each time it is
used. It does not impact siphoning from other ships you have rammed. It
is useful for reducing the danger involved in siphoning vortices since
each siphon has a chance of making bad things happen, and thus you can
cut your siphons in half.
