Two minor changes of note:
+ Pacification dreammote will not create the version of peace affliction
that is cured when you are attacked. You have to actively cure it
yourself.
+ It should be much harder (hopefully impossible) to debate friends in a
friendly manner with the intent to game the system so as to make
yourself immune to being debated by enemies.
