Clans and Harassment

While it is not our policy to police or oversee clans, no clan is exempt
from our policies regarding harassment, including sexual harassment. We
do not recognize any written or implied "waiver" when players join clans
(whether it be OOC or not), nor does anyone have "immunity" from issues
from harassing others on a clan. In other words, if someone feels
harassed by a member of a clan, that member can and will be punished. If
multiple issues arise from the same clan, that clan will be deleted.
Even if vicious statements are made against someone not in the clan,
that could still be considered harassment. This is especially true for
clans with large memberships, which claim they are "OOC", and start
truly malicious gossip against others and expect to be immune from
charges of harassment when the harassing gossip begins to spread.
