Envoy Mini Reports

-Mages and druids can now break melds on antithetical planes (but still
can't change the environment).
-Thornlash bleeding has been reduced and all vines are destroyed upon
thornrend.
-Those bonded with totems will receive messages when the bond dissolves.
-Toads now have a delay when hopping from room to room. Bug is fixed and
you should see them hopping.
-Hex users should all be able to have 6 hexes irregardless if other hex
users are in the room. The ability to steal hexes has been removed.
-Amputation causes more bleeding. Also, those with amputated legs will
have a much harder time moving.
-You can now specify what affliction to writhe free of. See HELP WRITHE.

This is the majority of the envoy mini issues. There's a few more
outstanding changes which we will hopefully get to later this weekend.
