Pursuant to a discussion on the forums, we are trying an experiment
wherein all teleportation, summoning or forcible movement to or from
nexuses on planes other than prime will fail. This includes all forms of
teleportation, summoning, beckoning, whirlpools, etc. Please report any
loopholes or bugs on this immediately.
