Legend steeds can now be purchased. Look for the wandering falconer in
Faethorn, the groom in Celestia and the farrier in Nil. Yes, we know
they are expensive! If you want to make a legend steed (or any steed)
permanent, the artifact museum now sells the legendary collars of the
dracnari beastmasters which will make your loyal steed reset to your
inventory. (Note: they still can be killed, they'll just revive in your
arms every 18 hours or so.)
