Amidst some behind-the-scenes changes, there are a few that are relevant
to the playerbase at large:

- You must be on the ground to either sanctify or defile a shrine (or
its sanctified rooms) now.
- If you CONFIG LOYALSAYS OFF, you will no longer hear your Patron's
Shrine Herald announce defiling.
- Avatar resurrection now costs significantly more essence than the
paltry sum it once was.
