The following bugfixes and changes have been made:

Acrobatics
--------------------
- It was reported that you could somersault out of a telekinesis
barrier, but I was unable to reproduce this - assuming the barrier was
raised before the start of the somersault. If this is still the case,
re-bug it with lots of details.

Celestialism/Nihilism
--------------------
- Summoning a thrall or companion will cost no power if you are on your
respective Cosmic Plane, as the help file for the skills indicated.
- Summoning a thrall or companion is no longer considered an aggressive
action.

Dreamweaving
--------------------
- Firewalls will no longer burn you in dreamform.
- Ice and stone walls will no longer impede your dreamform.
- Hexes will no longer hit you while in dreamform.

Necromancy
--------------------
- Hexes will no longer hit you while ghosted.

Night
--------------------
- You will again be able to move through the trees when Brumetower is
active.

Tarot
--------------------
- Flinging a Lust tarot at the ground will no longer use a charge of
Enigma.

Telekinesis
--------------------
- Barrier is now considered an aggressive action, and thus cannot be
used in peaceful rooms.

Telepathy
--------------------
- You can no longer Mindblast souls.

Wicca
--------------------
- Toads will no longer be hit by the shrine power Wrath.

General
--------------------
- You will now notice that CONFIG will display the level required to
CONFIG LOYALSAYS. Previously there was some confusion over the exact
level required.
- Artisan-crafted baskets will no longer fall out of your inventory upon
logout. Please note that I had to manually fix all the existing baskets
(though this will no longer occur for all future baskets), so if you
encounter one that still does this then please msg me directly and I
will fix it.
- There were some problems with mortals patroning members of the Outer
or Inner Circles of a Divine Order into the Middle Circle, claiming that
your intended devotee was already in the Order. This should now be
resolved.
- When a God neutralizes his/her active (dis)favour on you, you will no
longer receive a message declaring that s/he has blessed you with their
eternal favour if you are offline. Upon further review, this was perhaps
rather cruel.
- Runes of Dimensional Instability should no longer cause random objects
to appear from your box, including undefined objects that would cause
repeated errors.
- You will no longer receive unusual messages about being unable to fly
indoors when you are moving through the trees.
