As some of you may know, there's been some discussion on the forums on
how best to help novices. One thing that some people suggested is having
the novice channel heard across planes, so that has been instituted.
While I think this is a band-aid solution that may offer some help, we
may be looking to do more in the future. However, please be clear that
planes that the novice channel is for novice communication and making it
heard across planes has made it more OOC than I personally like (insofar
as being on other planes, especially aetherbubbles is meant to be
isolated). If it is found out that the novice channel is being used for
non-novice matters to communicate or strategize with the guild, there
will be dire consequences.

Unrelated, some small updates:

Enter a construct during nexus world battles should not be hindered by
such things as shrine powers.

The repulse skill in Combateer doesn't work while a ship is bombarding a
nexus world nor if the ship is sealing a rift or dock.
