Two minor updates:
1) Kephara hive burnout is gone. It was just too confusing.
2) A dead illithoid player will not be seen as a soul roaming the lands.
Rather, you will see his inner worm. (Purely a cosmetic RP thing; it
acts just the same as a soul for any other dead player.)
